Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Nature of Reports

Since astrology reports are personalised digital products prepared individually for each customer, refunds are generally not provided once preparation has commenced.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment was made for the same order
  • Payment was deducted but order was not recorded (technical failure)
  • Report was not delivered within 2× the stated delivery time

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of payment with your Order ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
